A UK map based in Somerset. I have tried to strike a good balance between realism and fun.

It is about 5km/5km, with a mix of asphalt and dirt roads. The dirt roads are not massively realistic for the UK, but they are fun so... The asphalt are set up for driving on the left (the AI is a bit nuts at junctions though, so be careful!).

I've also included 4 time trials.

There may be some errors (floating trees, etc.) in there. Feel free to let me know if there are and I will do my best to fix them.

I should also acknowledge DoullPepper, who's roads from Altitude I modified to get these ones to work.

I also used HighDef's Loaded Template Map mod and online tutorials to originally learn most of the techniques.

I have a few tutorials (or at least videos) of my own that I have added to hopefully help others in the future.

      It was good map for v0.38 and on v0.39 the trees textures issue appeared again.

      I love the map, though as many others have pointed out, the trees have no texture, even after the update. LODs seem to exist as they texture fine, but close up the No Texture placeholder shows up again. I had the fix that was uploaded to the forum thread and that was working fine, so it may be worth looking into that a bit more.

      Great map, but some of the trees say no texture

      There is a huge performance issue with this map. Poorly optimized.

      Great as I live In the uk and with vr this map helped me pass my driving licence 2nd try however as of the newest update for beam it has recently broken some of the tree textures reducing realism I hope you can fix it as it really the only good beamng UK map. Thu 30 Oct 2025
